Meet the Board Members

Beatrice Holmes serves as President on the board. She is a retired application and transportation billing Manager. Beatrice likes to cook, bake and can. Beatrice wants to help make our board more transparent and fiscally sound while supporting our residents.

Juliana Lyon serves as Vice President on the board. She is a full-time technical writer. Juliana has a pet rabbit and volunteers at the Burlington County Animal Shelter in her free time. Juliana's goal as a board member is to foster a strong sense of community where residents are informed and engaged in their neighborhood.

Verdell G Johnson, Jr. is a new resident of Westampton since 2021, but has lived the majority of his life in Philadelphia, PA. He is an alumnus of Temple University graduating with a degree in Business Administration Management and works in the Human Services field.He wants to be a part of helping to make changes that will not only showcase the complexities and beauty of the community, but do this without adding more financial responsibility to the community.

Susan Blake serves as Treasurer for the board. She has lived at Westampton Courts since 2009 and has been a New Jersey public school educator for 21 years. She currently serves as the director of her district's Tile I funded program for at-risk students. With a strong background in community building and fostering school-to-home relationships, she looks forward to supporting the board and helping strengthen the community.

Michael Dorisio serves as a Member at Large on the Board. He has lived at Westampton Courts for 23 years and plans to retire here. Michael has worked as a postal worker for nearly 30 years. He believes in keeping things simple and leading by example by paying dues on time, maintaining his home, properly disposing of trash and recycling, and looking out for his neighbors. He looks forward to supporting the community.

 Malynda Morales is the Community Manager. She was hired to assist the community with office management. Her  goal as a Community Manager is to build the residents' trust by maintaining open lines of communication and responding promptly to inquiries.
