Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How do I contact the Association when something needs to be addressed or fixed?

A:  Email us at wcca@westamptoncondos.net or call the office at 609-871-6886.

Q: The office is closed and I have an emergency! How do I receive help?

A: WCCA's emergency phone number is 609-850-1627. We also remotely monitor email when the office is closed. If you are without power or need electric service, please call PSE&G at 1-800-436-7734 or their 24/7 Emergency Line at 1-800-880-7734.

Q:  Can I plant anything in the garden near my house?

A:  Yes! However, keep in mind that the association maintains the grounds, and if a plant becomes too troublesome to maintain, we will remove it. We recommend New Jersey native plants that require less maintenance. Local nurseries can provide recommendations.

Q:  What do I do if I get a new car?

A:  Register new cars with the Association as soon as you can to receive a parking tag. Cars without tags that are parked in resident spaces will receive a first warning, and then will be towed if not moved or tagged properly.

Q:  I have a work vehicle, can I park it in the neighborhood?

A:  No, we do not allow commercial vehicles to park in our lots. They will be subject to towing. The exception includes contractors who are doing work during the day - they may park in a visitor space while working.

Q:  What do I do if I have bulk items for the trash?

A:  Please place bulk items next to the recycling center on Canterbury Court and contact the office. We will schedule the township to come out for removal. The trash trucks will not take bulk items during their regular routes.
