We hope you are just as excited for summer as we are! The pool will be opening June 22nd this year, and operating Tuesday through Sunday, 1pm-7pm.

Just like last year, we implemented additional rules to mitigate resident risk of COVID-19, including but not limited to: no guests, face masks are required in the bathrooms, and residents must sign a waiver to acknowledge the risk of using a communal space during the pandemic. See the 2021 Pool Rules sheet below for a complete list of all the pool rules.

The office is available for pool badge distribution (which we have made FREE again this year!), for residents to sign waivers acknowledging the COVID-19 risk, and for taking your picture so we know easily at sign-in that you are all ready to go swim! You can stop by the office at the following times:

Friday, 6/18/21 from 9:00am - 1:00pm

Saturday 6/19/21 from 9:00am - 1:00pm

Office hours for next week will be posted on Facebook. Please note, everyone in your home who will be using the pool must stop by the office for pictures and to sign their COVID-19 waiver.

As always, pool badges are only available to residents in good standing. You may acquire up to four badges for a 2-bedroom unit and up to three for a 1 bedroom unit, but only as many badges as there are people living in your unit, due to COVID-19 and safety concerns.
